Shared Service Centres
For major client organisations, we have developed shared service centres. At present, we have eight shared service HR centres in the UK, located in: Edinburgh, Belfast, Carlisle, Blackburn, Cambridge, Sittingbourne, Basingstoke and Bromley.
Each of our shared service centres provides a range of HR and Payroll services either to an individual organisation or to a number of clients. The scale of our shared services centres enables investment in leading edge technology combined with up-to-date work practices that deliver consistently responsive, efficient and reliable services. Each client is different and ‘bespoke’ requirements can be fully integrated into agreed service specifications and performance measured.
The range of services we offer extends from administrative processes to professional advice and HR consultancy support.
Our shared service centres presently deliver Integrated HR services to clients within central and local government, major banks and financial services organisations, and education.
