Ingenuity@Work Ltd is an independent UK-based software company that was founded in 1996 to meet the needs of organisations with sophisticated payroll and human resource management requirements.
Capita works with Ingenuity@Work to provide a complete managed HR service based on a robust, integrated technology platform. Typically, our Ingenuity@Work clients are SME sector businesses, local government organisations or global clients seeking a locally managed solution.
In recent years we have developed a comprehensive delivery capability based on Ingenuity, which includes full software implementation and support capability and extensive end-user knowledge of the software. As a result of our strong relationship, we are able to feed-back your requests or suggestions to Ingenuity’s developers and ensure they are incorporated in subsequent software releases.
