Alan Bailey – Managing Director, HR & Payroll Services
Alan took the role of Managing Director of Capita’s HR and Payroll Services Business in May 2008. Alan joined Capita from PA Consulting where he spent the last two and a half years helping clients to transform their HR functions. This included anything from HR strategy through to building internal shared services or advising clients of HR sourcing options. Prior to PA, Alan's main career was with BAE Systems and its Joint Venture HR Outsourcing business. Alan led the implementation of HR Shared Services for BAE Systems and negotiated, on their behalf, the £1.1 billion HR and HR related procurement outsourcing deal which involved the TUPE transfer of over 500 staff.
Stuart Köhler – Director, Sales & Marketing
Stuart Köhler is a senior sales executive with 18 years experience of selling HR and payroll solutions encompassing applications, services and business process outsourcing to blue chip organisations.
Stuart joined Capita in December 2006 bringing with him a wealth of HR and payroll sales experience from his time at CentreFile (now Ceridian), Peterborough Software (now NorthgateHR) and operational delivery experience through his time at Xchanging HR Services. Stuart has also spent three years with Gartner.
He completed a BSc in Organisation and Management Studies in 1999 and his dissertation was on the role of technology within the HR Department.
Lynn Jonas – Director, Operations
Lynn Jonas was appointed Operations Director of Capita HR & Payroll Services in April 2005, having joined Capita in 2002. Lynn has 10 years experience as a senior operations manager, and has worked in outsourcing since 1987.
She was previously employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers as a business improvement manager and senior operational manager. Lynn's experience covers implementation, process improvement, systems specifications and client relationship management of blue chip clients.
David Beaumont – Consultancy & Implementation Director
David has been with Capita since 2005 and is responsible for consultancy and implementation services. This responsibility requires a complete lifecycle perspective from deploying the consultancy skills required in acquiring new business through to the programme management required to deliver outsourced HR and Payroll solutions that realise the benefits and business case anticipated.
David’s prior experience is as a management consultant operating in the HR/Payroll BPR space with a number of high-profile clients with particular emphasis on shared service implementation, process review and consolidation and related change management aspects.
