Where appropriate, we will support our clients in extending an existing SAP implementation to cover HRMS capability on which we will subsequently deliver our HR services. Remote access from our centres of excellence to your offices can be provided.
Recently, we have proven both SAP’s HRMS capability and the value to be gained from a centralised HR and Payroll shared services centre by implementing this model internally, resulting in considerable cost savings. This work took a host of previously separate HR and Payroll functions, based in a number of Capita businesses and centralised them in to a single, integrated HR & Payroll shared services centre. This service is supported by SAP and is being continually developed to include more advanced functionality such as e-payslips and self-service options.
