We work with you to fully understand the scope and content of the service to be delivered ensuring our capability to deliver from day one. Implementation is fully overseen by a dedicated transition manager, responsible for achieving all aspects of transition within the given timescales.
Where transfer of employees is involved, the process is supported by our proven transfer methodology, a product of our broad experience in this area. The process is managed by our in-house TUPE experts and in particular covers an extensive staff consultation exercise. This achieves maximum buy-in from affected staff and ensures morale is maintained.
