Our aim is to become your trusted adviser in the field of HR and Payroll.

Throughout the life of our relationship with you, your organisation will change and so will your requirements. Whether it is through increased staffing, changes to legislation or other changes to your needs, we strive to support you every step of the way.

Your nominated Relationship Manager will arrange to meet on an agreed periodical basis in order to review service performance but is available as needed for the resolution of queries and issues. Our service also includes a periodical HR & Payroll ‘health-check’, a consultancy - led exercise to review your current processes ensuring you are getting the most of your Capita service.
